Stuck at 7 letter puzzle.....I have

These are getting harder and harder
I found a battery and a remote.
Remote needs two batteries and I am out of hotspots or they are just too tiny for me to see

With help from Kzin I got the second battery from color code closet
I used this site to help me to find the right colors

Hint for the colors is on remote and underneath window

look at the numbers/letters that have a line around them

use first letters of the numbers and the C

Used second battery in remote and turned on the TV for hint for sun puzzle.
Solved sun puzzle and now I have a note that I don't understand
Tried the same things as Kzin so I wish I read his spoiler, it would have saved me some time
Used the letters from the back of the note as well but that was a no go either

Found a huge hint about the note

V=vowels, C=consonant

Working with this now but not seeing it yet
