Then you shouldn't use it. You can get into real troubles if you use any copyrighted materials (graphics, music etc.) without the permission of the owner. You can contact the owner, but in most cases you won't get a permission, or have to pay a lot

Can you use a real picture as a sprite?(Not real face..) or do they have to be digital?

Midnight: I'm not so sure about that. Never had to do anything with sprites. But I think it has to be digital.

i like to be part of it. im a stickman with 2 magnums, a shotgun and and a sniper rifle. heres a sprite i made with pivot and its pretty good even the eyes are good i dont, as a stick, move my mouth once infact me as a stick dosent talk once.
