Escape from the Condo

A Family visits a newly constructed condo to buy it. Unfortunately, they lost their key somewhere while entering and the door gets locked. They don't have a spare key. While they try to escape, finds that a password is required to open the door. Help them collect the clues and get the password to come out of the condo.
