The costumes show up in the closet in the bedroom. It should be an available choice after you play the song. It won't show up in your inventory, only in the closet.

What are the ingredients for the potion? and how do u get the box on top of his drawer and the cereal on top of his fridge? also the camcorder behind his bathroom mirror? and is there a way to open that opening with the curtains next to the tub?
