Here are some tips for 3-5

#3 - Search for the man, specifically in one state. Try to find an article on the crime.

#4 - Search for any connections to the accused. Or cheat and check the links.

#5 - Once you find the man, find the manuscript.

This was due to an unidentified user, changing and stealing Dr Williams AOL and Hotmail accounts.
I hope that this action taken has no connection with the action taken over at thematrixisreal.com as that would make me sad.
From this point the site will no longer be updated and any contact you make with Dr. Williams will not be recieved by him, only this other user.

Beware any contact from these accounts!!!
