If you try to zoom in on the picture and drag to the bottom, you should see your inventory...

I'm in the same situation as the person you answered. I am at the desk trying to enter the latitudes I have found there but are getting only "invalid". I cant go anywhere or read any email.
I must be daft cause I cant understand what you mean by "zoom in on the picture" and "drag to the bottom". What picture? And what am I supposed to drag to the bottom? Bottom of what? Do I not see the whole screen?

Please explain!!!!
