i need help with level 29 i am stuck i know that this is from a movie and song but i dont know what i do

stuck on level 7....the one with the 5 numbers and it says that they mean letters....i tried

countin the alphabet from beginning to end to each number and didn't even come up with a word that can b anagrammed...only got one vowel

what do i do....someone pm me or put a hint in the open

I am so completely lost on level xxxvii. It's the level with mary had a little lamb playing. I have no idea where to start except googling what's in the picture. Can any one give me a shove in the right direction?
