I figure that we somehow have to align the coloured circles according to the stars on the sky, most of them have the same colours as the circles. The only thing I can't figure out is why both circles of the same colour are movable.

I solved the ferris wheel. The stars are the key.
However, I think knowledge of the japanese language is needed to read the clue it yields.
