The Last bet is a new Japanese point and click, room escape game by Gotmail. Search for clue's and items, use them ,solve puzzles and escape.

Took a bit, but finally found wrench.

On L/S floor by brown shelves.

Used, now have scissors.
Found film/battery?
Cut rope...now have more clues and green thing.
Set clock as per clues...now have water.
Used water, now to figure out the clue....
Opened 3 digit combo and now have green key, another battery and a clue....
Used key and now have 3 button combo...
Used cloth, see clue...button colours are confusing
Finally(!) got the correct colours...now have blue key.

After seeing both clues, pour water on colour wheel.

Now into new room....

On rod found in corner.

Now have key and now SD.
Found another panel with more clues....
Still have green thing, flashlight and bottle...
Darn, have to leave...back tomorrow....
Back....
Used flashlight and trying to solve grid. See how it works, but there always seems to be 1 square that I can't get; still struggling....
Had to get help....

In reading order; press tile #4,6,7,11,10,13.(ie; top R corner, each of the 4 center tiles, then bottom L corner).

Now in basement; now have handle....

Install flint...green thing; then fluid to start.

Installed handle and now wheel with clue....

Install in basement - 0=360.

Out....good game!
