Firstly, click the bloody download link. Then, just wait for it to finish loading...scroll down...and you'll see a pretty obvious walkthrough. Must be blind not to see it though.

Please stop triple posting. Its annoying and noobish. Use the Edit button. But anyway...

Next to the blue cup there should be change. When you first get it, it'll drop into the sink. After that, you have to find something to retrieve it. Combine the gum that you chew, the stool leg and the magnet to get a magnetic stick. Then just use it on the sink.
