I loved this movie! Haven't seen the original so cant compare, but except for the iceskating scene i thought the movie was great.

the movie was sad though. i really wanted to kick some of the peeps

Well I thought some of it was funny like when Jack Black kept on donating the movies funds to families... I won't say why.

not all monsters die in the movies. like in JEEPERS CREEPERS or PYTHON the monsters dont die in the end. I liked the part in this movie where they fall into the pit with the giant leeches and spiders.
