    Macromedia Flash is the best program for that. After you download that, you should read some tutorials :p

    Flash 8 was the previous version, this year Adobe Flash CS3 has come out, and this is officially available at the Adobe website.

    But can anyone give me a like to a website that alows me to download Flash pro 8? Thats the one i relly want
