W.11 is on the wall across from W.12. From the main lobby enter from the left side... its closer to there. W.11 is a book.
I need help. I have started the mechanism downstairs but nothing is happening upstairs... what am I missing? There doesnt seem to be anything else left to do.
Starting mechanism allows you to go up the flight of stairs from "ground floor" and play with the star system...
havent figured it out yet, seems trial and error with no form of in-game or menu clues... very annoying
