my guns keep geting hijacked! ( or however u spell it ) how dou lock u'r gun on aswell?

I dont get the pencil weapons the animator gets! I bring out a gun and it disappears, but as animation, the animator brings out a gun and it starts shooting me! WHATS GOING ON?????
